Sac City Invitational Tournament 9/16 Results
The Bearcub Wrestling Team finished in 5th place as a team out of 13, with 4 reaching the podium in Sacramento for the Sac City Invitational Tournament on 9/16. Those that reached the podium include: David Sypnicki (149) finished in 5th place with a record of 2-2. Bing Westbrock (174) finished in 4th place with a record of 3-2 bringing his season record at 6-2. Freshman standout Rayhan Jaleel (197) finished in 3rd place with a record of 4-1 in his first competition of the year. Frankie Pomilia (197) finished in 2nd place losing a tough finals match against Sac City's Ethan Birch and finished with a record of 3-1 bringing his season record to 6-1. Next up for the Bearcubs is 9/23 at the Golden Eagle Invite at West Hills College.
