Rohnert Park, Calif. - Freshman Katie Poole counted all of the team's RBI, but the Solano softball team fell in a doubleheader against Santa Rosa, played at Sonoma State.
Solano came up short 4-2 and 8-0 (5 innings).
Freshmen Katie Poole and Emma Woodworth tallied three hits each to lead the battery.
In the circle, freshmen Kiera Edwards (0-2) and Gracie Alves (1-1) were charged with the two complete-game losses.
The Falcons (1-5) stay on the road, heading to Yuba next on Wednesday, May 5 for a 12 p.m. doubleheader.
