Jon Nadale returns for his 6th season as the pitching coach at SRJC.  Nadale was a pitcher for the Bear Cubs in 2010 and 2011. Receiving 1st Team All Big 8 Conference, 1st Team All Nor Cal Honors and competing on a playoff team rounded out Nadale's playing career at SRJC.  Nadale furthered his playing career when he got the opportunity to play Division 1 baseball at Western Carolina University. During his time with the Catamounts, Nadale was a part of a NCAA SOCON Conference Championship Team in 2013 and was the winning pitcher against Clemson University.  Nadale received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Sports Management in 2013 from Western Carolina University.

Nadale’s many roles as pitching coach include: strength and conditioning, arm care, mental toughness training, calling pitches and helping set the Bear Cub defense. Nadale brings a solid work ethic, connects to the staff, and works tirelessly to obtain the most out of each player that he has the opportunity to work with.
