The Bear Cubs hosted the 3C2A Northern Regional Championship on December 7 in Haehl Pavilion, achieving a strong 4th-place team finish, just 12 points shy of overtaking Modesto College for 3rd. Competing fiercely across all weight classes, the Bear Cubs made history by qualifying all 12 student-athletes for the upcoming state tournament, the most ever for the program. The team also claimed a record-breaking nine medals at this event, highlighted by a stellar performance from sophomore Rayhan Jaleel (197), who captured 1st place with a flawless 4-0 record, including two falls and a major decision.
The qualifiers for the 3C2A State Championship at Lemoore College on December 13–14 are:
