Santa Rosa Junior College Women's Soccer has been a perennial top team in California since its' inception. They have been the Big 8 Conference champions every year from 2007-2012 and are consistently in the NSCAA rankings as a Top-10 junior college in the nation. The program has produced numerous All Conference and All American players over the years, including Cara Curtain, who was named the NSCAA National Junior College Player of the Year in 2011. SRJC Women's Soccer succeeds through teamwork, dedication, and commitment, to produce quality soccer players and people. The players follow a simple hierarchy of values–program, team, me.

In the past two seasons, the women's soccer team has produced 12 Big 8 All Conference players, one Big 8 Player of the Year, and one Big 8 Defensive MVP. In 2013, Santa Rosa player's led the conference in both goals and assists. In 2012, Santa Rosa had 17 shutouts tying for first in the state. From the 2012 and 2013 seasons, 16 Bear Cubs have transferred to Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA soccer programs.
