April Gomez has come up big for the Bear Cubs netting two crucial goals while playing Folsom Lake and American River Colleges. She has found the back of the net for the Cubs in big battles, adding to her three goals so far in season. Her composure to put the ball in the back of the net has pushed the Bear Cubs forward offensively as she is often in the right spot at the right time. 

Megan Stavish has been a key part of the Bear Cub defense. She has stepped up in a goalkeeper role and has been a starting center back for the Bear Cubs. Her voice and organization keeps the back line strong which has only given up seven goals in conference play this year.
