Title: Sprint & Hurdles Coach

Catrina Wagner enters her third season with the Bear Cubs as assistant sprint and hurdles coach.

She began her coaching career at Sonoma State University after graduating in 2005.

Coach Wagner attended Casa Grande High School. After high school she spent several years in the banking industry while pursuing her Associate's Degree at Santa Rosa Junior College.  After graduating she attended Sonoma State University where she was a two-time Academic All American in track, made the All-Time top-ten list in the 100 and 200 meters, and is an Arthur Ashe Award recipient.  Her athletic peers also honored her with the Sea Wolf Spirit Award in 2005. 

Coach Wagner graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in American Multi-Cultural Studies from Sonoma State and is now pursuing a Master's Degree in Coaching, Fitness, and Health.

Coach Wagner resides in Santa Rosa with her husband Lenny and son Nate.  She continues to fulfill her competitive spirit and stay physically fit through playing soccer.  She is also passionate about supporting families battling pediatric cancer through her family's charity: The Little Warriors Recovery Fund.
